This project began with a master plan for the entire house and yard. The components of the master plan are a new master bedroom and bath located on the second floor, a new three-car garage with a studio above, a new 16’-0” x 18’-0” screened porch, renovation of the kitchen and guest bedroom, a new front entry with a covered porch and trellis, and a large swimming pool located in the rear yard. There is a poolhouse connected to the garage which is, in turn, connected to the main house via a covered walkway. The first phase is currently under construction and consists of the addition of a 1,000 sf master suite and a new front entry as well as renovation of the existing den.
