2,800 sf addition/renovation & 200 sf screened porch

The Owner of this residence wanted to add square footage to the main level of their house so they would not have to climb the stairs in their retirement years and create a new, primary entry from the garden. The addition included the renovation of the existing kitchen and dining room, and the addition of a family room, guest bedroom and bath, and master suite including a sitting room. The sitting room takes advantage of the sloping site and sits 10' above grade overlooking the backyard. Landscape walls a new walk combine with the screened porch to create the new entry.
