Fayetteville State University - Chancellor's Residence
4,300 sf residential renovation and addition

This project is located near the campus of Fayetteville State University and serves as the Chancellor's residence as well as a venue for public gatherings. It involved an addition as well as a complete renovation of both the interior and exterior of the original home. The public spaces include a new covered drop-off area for guests, a public foyer, a large gathering space for University events, a dining room that can seat up to twenty-four, a commercial catering kitchen, and public toilets. A semi-private area of the house adjacent to the public areas consists of a living room and two guest bedrooms with baths. The private residence for the Chancellor includes a small kitchen, master bedroom suite, office and exercise room.
