3,300 sf office renovation

This project involved the complete renovation of both the interior and exterior of a wood-frame commercial building. The first floor was renovated into a dermatology office with a lobby/waiting area, two exam rooms, two procedure rooms, a nurses' station, and a break room. The second floor has two spa areas, each including a treatment room, facial room, and adjacent shower/locker room. The spa also includes a private screened porch where clients are served tea while they wait. Finishes throughout both floors were chosen to provide a sense of tranquility and warmth and include a reclaimed maple floor, maple cabinets, and granite countertops.
